5:18 be thankful in all circumstances. This is what God wants from you in your life in union with Christ Jesus.
5:19 Do not restrain the Holy Spirit;
5:20 do not despise inspired messages.
5:21 Put all things to the test: keep what is good

* Communication is the basis of life.
* Intimacy comes by a solid communication.
* The Father is a person, that’s why He communicates His will.
* Good communication starts from a right attitude. To keep the dialog goes on
JOY: To keep a right attitude even when we are facing difficult situation or unpleasant condition. Keep the positive attitude
Prayer: An attitude of dependency toward God. That shown through our dialog with Him to ask His will to be done in our lives.
Thanksgiving: To proclaim through our mouth how God works is the best for us and will serve the best out come in our lives.
